01General Operation

Bidirectional synchronous counter of configurable width. It supports parallel load with priority over counting, then counts up when i_dir='1' or down when i_dir='0'. The counter wraps naturally modulo 2**g_width and has no overflow output.

Reset is asynchronous and active-high.

Generic g_width (default 8)
Priority: reset > load > enable
