Stopwatch Timer

The stopwatch advances on i_tick only while running.

Behaviour

• i_start=1 enables counting, i_stop=1 freezes it.
• i_clear=1 clears seconds and tenths.
• Tenths wrap from 9 to 0 and increment seconds modulo 10.
